Smartwatch brand OnePlus has launched a new smartwatch. The OnePlus Watch Lite smartwatch features a 3,000 nit bright AMOLED display, comprehensive health and fitness tracking, and support for both Android and iOS devices. It can be used for up to 10 days on a single full charge. It also comes with a host of other features.

The OnePlus Watch Lite features a 1.46-inch round AMOLED display with a resolution of 464 × 464 pixels, a peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits, and is protected by 2.5D curved glass and sapphire crystal. The smartwatch runs on OxygenOS Watch 7.1 and unlike Wear OS watches, it does not support third-party app downloads or mobile payments.

The health features of the OnePlus Watch Lite include heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen tracking, wrist temperature measurement, pressure monitoring, sleep tracking, and breathing exercises.

Sleep tracking includes deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep, wake time, breathing rate and sleep SpO2, as well as sleep score and insights. That is, the smartwatch will tell you how well you slept at night.

It tracks women’s menstrual cycles and has sensors or technology on the watch that can detect if the user suddenly falls. This feature will be more useful for the elderly. It also has OnePlus’ 60-second health check, which can measure various health information of the body with sensors on the side of the watch.

For fitness tracking, the OnePlus Watch smartwatch supports more than 100 sports modes. It provides automatic recognition for six activities, including running, brisk walking, cycling, swimming, rowing machine and elliptical workouts.

The watch has Bluetooth calling, GPS facility, dual-phone pairing, which allows the watch to connect to two phones at the same time, including Android and iOS combinations. The watch also has over 350 watchfaces.

The OnePlus Watch Lite has a 339mAh battery, with a rated capacity of 330mAh. The company claims that the battery life is up to 10 days, around seven days with normal use and up to four days with the always-on display enabled. According to the company, charging takes up to 90 minutes, while a 10-minute charge can provide up to 24 hours of use.

The smartwatch has a 5ATM rating for water resistance and an IP68 dust and water resistance rating. The watch is available in silver and black stainless-steel finishes, with black or white fluororubber straps. It has currently been launched in some European countries and the UK.
